补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑卒中后遗症对照研究

目的]观察补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑卒中后遗症疗效。方法]将84例住院患者分为两组。对照组42例西药常规对症治疗,治疗组42例西药治疗基础上补阳还五汤加减(当归15g,黄芪50g,赤芍15g,鸡血藤10g,葛根15g,地龙10g,川芎25g,红花15g,桃仁10g,丹参15g,枸杞子30g,石菖蒲15g,白芍15g)水煎服,1剂/d,早晚分服。观察临床症状及血流流变学指标。均2周为1疗程。治疗2周判定疗效。结果]治疗组基本痊愈3例,显效12,有效21例,无效6例,总有效率85.71%。对照组基本痊愈1例,显效8例,有效22例,无效11例,总有效率73.81%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组。全血黏度、血浆黏度两组均有改善,治疗组优于对照组。结论]补阳还五汤联合西药治疗脑卒中后遗症优于单纯西药治疗,具有改善血流流变学作用。

Control Study of Treating Stroke Sequel by Buyang Huanwu Decoction plus Western Medicine

Objective ] To observe the efficacy of treating stroke sequel by Buyang Huanwu decoction plus western medicine. Observation of clinical symptoms and blood rheology. All 2 weeks for 1 courses. Treatment for 2 weeks to determine efficacy. Results] The treatment group of 3 cases were cured, 12 effective, 21 cases, ineffective in 6 eases, the total effective rate was 85.71%. A control group of 1 cases were cured, 8 cases, effective in 22 cases, ineffective in 11 cases, the total effective rate was 73.81%. The clinical curative effect in treatment group than in control group. The whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity in two groups were all improved, the treatment group was superior to control group. Conclusion] Treating Stroke Sequel by Buyang Huanwu Decoc- tion plus Western Medicine Better than pure western medicine treatment, With the improvement of blood theology effects.
