金水宝胶囊治疗中晚期糖尿病肾病临床观察

目的]探讨金水宝胶囊治疗中晚期糖尿病肾病的疗效。方法]在对照组治疗的基础上加用金水宝胶囊治疗,观察期为30天。观察患者水肿、高血压、肾功能以及血浆白蛋白和尿蛋白的变化。结果]两组患者水肿、高血压及尿蛋白减少程度在治疗前后差异有显著性(P<0.01),两组患者治疗前后肾功能的改善程度无显著性差异。结论]金水宝胶囊是治疗中晚期糖尿病肾病有效药物之一。

The clinical therapeutic effect of Jinshui capsule on treaing the middle and terminal term diabetes kidney disease

Objective]To observe the influences of Jinshuibao capsule on the clinical therapeutic effect in treating middle and terminal term diabetes kidney disease(DKD).Methods]The cases with DKD were randomly divided into treatment group(30 cases) and control group(30cases).The treatment group was treated with Jinshuibao capsule for 30 days.The clinical therapeutic effect and the change of blood pressure,renal function,Plasma albumin and uric albumin were observed.Results]The changes of edema,blood pressure and uric albumin of two groups are different and the difference between the two groups were significant(P<0.01).The renal function of per group has been no significant changed after therapeutic.Conclusion] Jinshuibao capsule is one kind of effective medicine in treating patients of middle-terminal term DKD.
