| 摘 要： | 目的]观察甘草泻心汤加苦参治疗消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法]将60例消化性溃疡患者随机分为两组,每组30例,治疗组予口服甘草泻心汤加苦参汤剂,对照组予口服奥美拉唑。结果]治疗组30例,治愈17例,好转8例,总有效率83.3%,对照组30例,治愈16例,好转10例,总有效率86.7%。结论]甘草泻心汤加苦参治疗消化性溃疡效果满意,值得临床推广。

| Abstract: | Objective ] To observe the licorice Licorice Xiexin Soup the clinical efficacy of treatment of peptic ulcer. Methods ] 60 patients with peptic ulcer were randomly divided into two groups, 30 cases of oral licorice for the treatment group Licorice Licorice Xiexin Soup, oral omeprazole for the control group. Results ] 30 patients cured in 17 cases, 8 cases improved, with a total effective rate was 83.3% , control group of 30 patients cured 16 cases, 10 cases improved, with a total effective rate was 86.7%. Conclusion] Licorice Xiexin Soup add Kushen licorice treatment of peptic ulcer results were satisfactory, worthy to be popularized. |
