加味金黄散外敷治疗化疗后静脉炎36例疗效观察

目的]评价加味金黄散外敷,预防和治疗化疗后静脉炎的临床疗效。方法]选择化疗后静脉炎患者36例,随机分为3组,加味金黄散组18例,利百素组10例,硫酸镁湿敷组8例。在止痛时间(有效率),血管恢复时间及减轻化疗药物毒性刺激方面的对比。结果]加味金黄散组有效率为88%,利百素组有效率为40%,硫酸镁组有效率为37%。结论]加味金黄散外敷治疗和预防静脉炎疗效满意,便于长期应用。

Observation of the Therapeutic Effects of Jiawei Jinhuang Powder Applied Externally for Treating Post-Chemotherapy Phlebitis

Objective]To evaluate the clinical effects of Jiawei Jinhuang powder applied externally on patients with post-chemotherapy phlebitis.Methods]36 patients with post-chemotherapy phlebitis were selected and randomly classified into three groups:one including 8 patients treated by Jiawei Jinhuang powder,another 10 treated by Reparil and the rest 8 treated by wet application of magnesium sulfate.The three groups were compared in terms of pain-killing time(efficiency),time of vessel restoration and reduction of toxin stimulation.Results]For the Jiawei Jinhuang powder group,the effective rate was 97% while the remittent rate was 99%;for the Reparil group,the effective rate was 41%,while the remittent rate was 32%;but for the magnesium sulfate,the effective rate was only 16% while the remittent rate was 32%.Conclusion]The effects of Jiawei Jinhuang powder on phlebitis are satisfactory,and the therapy can be adopted to treat phlebitis caused by chemotherapy for longtime use.
