大黄蛰虫丸对S180荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量的影响

目的]探讨大黄蛰虫丸的抑瘤作用及其对S180荷瘤小鼠外周血白细胞介素4(IL-4)表达的影响。方法]建立小鼠克洛氏(S180)肉瘤动物模型,分别灌服高、中、低剂量的大黄蛰虫丸及环磷酰胺后,采用ELISA法检测S180荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量。结果]大黄蛰虫丸方高、中、低剂量对S180荷瘤小鼠的抑瘤率分别50.00%、41.95%和31.03%。大黄蛰虫丸方高、中、低剂量组与模型组比较,S180荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量明显减少(P<0.05)。结论]大黄蛰虫丸可通过降低荷瘤小鼠外周血IL-4含量而发挥抑瘤作用,为其在临床应用提供了一定的实验和理论依据。

Dahuang Zhechong Pill to S180 Peripheral Blood IL-4 Tumor-burdened Mice the Influence of Content

Objective] To study the anti-tumor effect and the influence of the level of IL-4 by the Dahuang Zhechong Pill.Method] Establishing the animal model of crowe’s(S180) sarcoma as the mice model,dividing tumor-burdened mice into Dahuang Zhechong Pill high dose group,medium dose group and low dose group.The level of IL-4 from bearing sarcpma-180 was determined by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results] The inhibition rate to the tumor-burdened tumors in the mice of Dahuang Zhechong Pill high dose group,medium dose group and low dose group to 50.00%,41.95% and 31.03% respectively,there is significant difference compared with model group(P<0.05,P<0.01),especially with Dahuang Zhechong Pill high-dosage group obviously;Dahuang Zhechong Pill can obviously decrease the level of IL-4(P<0.05).Conclusion] Dahuang Zhechong Pill has conspicuous inhibitory effect to the grows of tumor-bearing mice sarcoma-180 tumor and shows anti-tumor function by decreasing the level of IL-4.
