早期针刺配合刺络放血拔罐联合西药治疗周围性面瘫随机平行对照研究

目的]观察早期针刺配合刺络放血拔罐联合西药治疗周围性面瘫疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者就诊顺序先后随机抽选分为两组。治疗组30例急性期(1～7d)即给予针刺治疗,选穴双侧阳白、地仓、颊车、四白、翳风、合谷等,轻浅刺激,平补平泻,1周后即行中强度刺激,30min/次,1次/d;配合刺络放血拔罐,患侧太阳、四白与地仓、下关两组穴位,每次选一组,交替放血拔罐1mL,急性期辅以强的松(30 mg晨起顿服,每2日递减5 mg连用10d),Vit B1、Vit B12(各20mg,3次/d)。对照组30例急性期仅西药治疗,7d后加用针刺及放血拔罐同治疗组。观测面瘫区域症状。均治疗10d为1疗程,连续治疗3疗程(30d),判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈26例,显效3例,有效1例,无效0例,总有效率100.00%。对照组痊愈19例,显效6例,有效3例,无效2例,总有效率73.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]早期针刺结合刺络放血治疗周围性面瘫效果显著。

Blood -letting Puncture and Cupping Combined with Acupuncture Treatment on Peripheral Facial Paralysis 30 Cases Control Study

Objective ] To observe therapeutic effects of blood - letting puncture and acupuncture at differ- ent opportunities on peripheral facial paralysis. Methods ] Sixty cases were randomly divided into a treatment group （n = 30） and a control group （n = 30）. The treatment group at the acute stage （ 1 - 7 days） were trea- ted with acupuncture at Yangbai（BG 14）,Dicang （ST4） , Jiache（ ST 6） , Sibai （ST2） , Yifeng（ST 17） , Hegu（ LI 4） ,etc. , with thease points select on the face and with shallow puncture, after 7days change to strength by stimulation, once a day and 30 mintes one time. combined with bloodletting cupping：a affect side of Taiyang, Yangbai and Dicang, Xiaguan with two sets of alternating bloodletting cupping, course of 10 days ; each choose a set of alternating phlebotomy 1 mL. Observation of facial paralysis regional symptoms. The control group were treated with the same methods as the treatment group but acupuncture was not given at the acute stage. Results ] the treatment group was 26 cases were cured, notable curative effective in 3 cases , ef- fective in 1 cases, 0 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 100%. The control group 19 cases were cured, notable curative effective in 6 cases, effective in 3 cases, 2 cases are invalid, the total efficiency of 73.33%. The effect of the treatment group than in control group （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Early blood - letting puncture and acupuncture treatment on peripheral facial paralysis is Notable curative effect.
