青藤碱缓释片联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察青藤碱缓释片联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊及住院患者按抽签法分为两组。对照组30例,甲氨喋呤片,10～15mg/次,1次/周;柳氮磺吡啶片,小剂量开始,第一周,0.5/次,2次/d;第二周,0.5/次,3次/d;第三周,0.75/次,3次/d,以后按此剂量维持服用。治疗组30例,青藤碱缓释片,120mg/次,2次/d,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗12周为1个疗程。观测临床症状、关节压痛数、晨僵时间、关节肿胀数、实验室观察指标。治疗1个疗程(12周),判定疗效。随访3个月,对照组随访26例;治疗组随访27例。结果]治疗组显效18例,有效5例,无效4例,总有效率85.19%。对照组显效8例,有效11例,无效7例,总有效率73.08%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组治疗前后组内及组间的症状和临床指标均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组治疗前后的病情缓解优于对照组(P<0.05)。两组血沉指标均有改善(P<0.05),治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]青藤碱缓释片联合西药治疗类风湿关节炎疗效满意。

A Randomized Controlled Ctudy of Cinomenine Custained-release Tablets Combined With Western Medicine in the Treatment of Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective]To observe the effect of sinomenine sustained-release tablets combined with western medicine in the treatment of patients with rheumatoid arthritis.Methods]Using randomized controlled methods,60 outpatients and inpatients were divided into two groups according to the draw.A control group of 30 cases,with Methotrexate tablets,10 ~ 15mg/ci,1 times/week;Sulfasalazine tablets,when taking,starting from a small dose,the first week,0.5/ times,2 times /d;second weeks,0.5/times,3 times/d;third weeks,0.75/,3/d,after this dose keep taking.The treatment group of 30 cases,with Sinomenine sustained-release tablets,120mg/,2/d,western medicine treatment with the control group.Observation of clinical symptoms,tender joint count,time of morning stiffness,swollen joint count,laboratory observation index.After One courses of treatment(12 weeks) determines the curative effect.Follow-up:3 months of follow-up,26 patients in control group;treatment group were 27 patients.Results]The treatment group markedly effective 18 cases,effective 5 cases,invalid 4 cases,the total efficiency of 85.19%.The control group 8 cases markedly effective,effective 11 cases,invalid 7 cases,the total efficiency of 73.08%.The clinical effect of the treatment group than in control group(P<0.05).The two groups before and after the treatment group and the group of symptoms and clinical indices were improved(P<0.05).The treatment group before and after treatment in remission was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Two groups of erythrocyte sedimentation rate index,were improved(P<0.05).The treatment group was better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion]The clinical efficacy of treatment with Sulfasalazine tablets and Methotrexate tablets combined plus Sinomenine sustained-release tablets on rheumatoid arthritis patients is more significant than the treatment without Sinomenine.
