穴位贴敷联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察穴位贴敷联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将82例门诊及住院患者按掷骰子法随机分为两组。对照组41例单硝酸异山梨酯缓释片,40mg/次,1次/d。酒石酸美托洛尔,12.5g/次,2次/d;阿司匹林肠溶片,100mg/次,1次/d;辛伐他汀片,20mg/次,1次/d;治疗组41例穴位敷贴,檀香4g,降香16g,三七4g,冰片2g,取内关、间使、足三里、丰隆,调膏,敷贴于穴位;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作情况、心电图、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效15例,有效11例,无效15例,总有效率63.41%。对照组显效7例,有效9例,无效25例,总有效率39.02%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]穴位贴敷联合西药治疗冠心病心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

Objective]To observe acupoint sticking combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris curative effect. Methods]Using random parallel control method,82 cases of outpatient and inpatient were randomly divided into two groups according to roll the dice method. Control group 41 cases of isosorbide mononitrate zyban,40 mg/times,1/d. Tartaric acid metoprolol,12.5 g/times,2 times/ d. Aspirin enteric-coated metformin hydrochloride,100 mg/times,1/d. Simvastatin tablets,20 mg/times, 1/d. Treatment group of 41 cases of acupoint sticking,Tanxiang 4g Jiangxiang 16g,Sanqi 4g,Bingpian 2g,take in,make,foot three mile,hong leong,between cream,sticking on acupoints. Western medicine treatment with the control group. Continuous treatment of 14d to 1 course of treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 2 period of treatment,judge curative effect. Results] The treatment group 15 cases were markedly effective,effective in 11 cases,15 cases were invalid,the total effective rate was 63.41%. Control group in 7 cases,9 cases effectively,25 had no effect,the total effective rate was 39.02%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion] Acupoint sticking combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease angina pectoris effect is remarkable,is worth promoting.
