血塞通注射液联合西药治疗脑梗死随机平行对照研究

目的]观察血塞通注射液联合西药治疗脑梗死疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按就诊顺序编号分为两组。对照组43例20%甘露醇,成人剂量1~2g/kg,1次/d,静滴。肠溶阿司匹林片,100mg/次,1次/d,口服。胞二磷胆碱,0.2g/次,1次/d,静注。治疗组43例血塞通注射液,400mg/次,1次/d,静滴。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗14d为1疗程。观测临床症状、治疗时间、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈13例,显效17例,有效9例,无效4例,总有效率90.70%。对照组痊愈8例,显效13例,有效12例,无效10例,总有效率76.74%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。治疗时间治疗组少于对照组(P0.05)。结论]血塞通注射液联合西药治疗脑梗死效果显著,值得推广。

Observation of clinical symptoms, treatment time, adverse reaction. 1 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Results ] The treatment group cured 13 cases, effective in 17 cases, effective 9 cases, invalid 4 cases, the total efficiency of 90.70%. The control group cured 8 cases, effective in 13 cases, effective 12 cases, invalid 10 cases, the total efficiency of 76.74%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . The treatment time in treatment group was less than that of the control group （ P〈 0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Xuesaitong injection combined with western medicine in treatment of cerebral infarction significantly effect, worthy of promotion.
