逍遥散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察逍遥散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例美沙拉嗪肠溶片1g/次,5次/d。治疗组40例逍遥散(炙甘草7g,柴胡16g,枳壳14g,党参22g,木香16g),1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚温服;西医治疗同对照组。连续治疗12d为1疗程。观测临床症状、结肠黏膜状态、C-反应蛋白(CRP)、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈22例,有效16例,无效2例,总有效率95.00%。对照组痊愈15例,有效12例,无效13例,总有效率67.50%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。两组CRP值均有改善(P0.01),治疗组优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]逍遥散联合美沙拉嗪肠溶片治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效显著,值得推广。

CRP values were improved in both groups （ P 〈0.05 ）, the treatment group than the control group （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] Xiaoyaosan mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined treatment of ulcerative colitis significant effect, worthy of promotion.
