麝香保心丸联合西药治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察麝香保心丸联合西药治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊及住院患者按抛硬币法随机分为两组。对照组50例阿托伐他汀,20mg/次,1次/d,晚上口服;单硝酸异山梨酯,20mg/次,2次/d;美托洛尔缓释片,12.5mg/次,2次/d;阿司匹林肠溶片,100mg/次,1次/d。治疗组50例麝香保心丸,50mg/次,3次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗60d为1疗程。观测临床症状、心绞痛发作、硝酸甘油用量、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组临床治愈17例,有效25例,无效8例,总有效率84.00%。对照组临床治愈9例,有效21例,无效20例,总有效率60.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]麝香保心丸联合西药治疗冠心病不稳定型心绞痛效果显著,值得推广。

Conclusion ] Heart of musk pills combined western medicine therapy of coronary heart disease unstable angina effect is remarkable, is worth promoting.
