中西医结合护理脑卒中随机平行对照研究

目的]观察中西医结合护理脑卒中疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将60例门诊患者按掷骰子法分为两组。对照组30例常规护理。治疗组30例中西医结合护理干预。连续治疗10d为1疗程。观测临床症状、护理效果、不良反应。连续治疗3疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈16例,显效10例,有效3例,无效1例,总有效率96.67%。对照组痊愈10例,显效11例,有效4例,无效5例,总有效率83.33%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]中西医结合护理脑卒中效果显著,值得推广。

Nursing Care of Stroke Study Random Parallel Control of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective ] To observe the curative effect of combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing stroke. Methods ] Using randomized controlled methods, 60 patients were in the dice were divided into two groups. Control group received routine nursing care of 30 eases. The treatment group 30 cases in western medicine combined with nursing intervention. Continnous treatment with 10d for 1 courses. Observation of clinical symptoms, nursing effect, adverse reaction. Continuous 3 courses of treatment, the curative effect. Results ] The treatment group cured 16 cases, effective in 10 cases, effective 3 cases, invalid 1 cases, the total efficiency of 96.67%. The control group cured 10 cases, effective in 11 cases, effective 4 cases, invalid 5 cases, the total efficiency of 83.33%. The treatment group was better than control group （ P 〈 0.01 ） . Conclusion ] Combined Chinese and Western medicine nursing stroke effect is significant, worthy of promotion.
