定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘随机平行对照研究

目的]观察定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将86例住院患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组43例二丙酸倍氯米松,早晚气雾吸入。治疗组43例定喘汤(炒杏仁10g,金银花、全蝎、黄芪各15g,地龙30g,黄芩、防风各15g,炒白果、旋覆花各10g,炙桑白皮、炙麻黄、制僵蚕各15g,全瓜萎10g;冷哮:胸闷、形寒肢冷、舌苔白滑、气管中有痰、呼吸急促,加桂枝、干姜各10g,细辛6g,五味子10g以温肺散寒、化饮降逆;热哮:喘而气粗、痰黄稠厚、口渴喜饮、舌苔黄腻等痰热内盛之征,加鱼腥草30g,胆南星、炙枇杷叶各10g,生石膏15g以助清热化痰;病久伤阴,口咽干燥、痰少质黏、舌红少津加玉竹20g,麦冬10g,太子参、沙参各20g,天花粉15g以助养阴清热化痰);1剂/d,水煎200mL,早晚口服。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗5疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组显效38例,有效4例,无效1例,总有效率97.67%。对照组显效25例,有效13例,无效5例,总有效率88.37%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]定喘汤治疗支气管哮喘效果显著,值得推广。

Set the Soup Treating Bronchial Asthma with Parallel Controlled Study

Objective]To observe the soup treating bronchial asthma with curative effect. Methods]Using random parallel control method,86 cases of hospitalized patients were randomly divided into two groups according to random number table method. 43 cases were two beclomethasone propionate,aerosol inhalation sooner or later. Treatment group 43 cases anti-asthma soup（Chaoxingren 10g,Jinyinhua,Quanxie,Huangqi each 15g,Dilong 30g,Huangqi,Fangfeng each 15g,Chaobaiguo,Xuanfuhua 10g each,Zhisangbaipi,Zhimahuang,Zhijaingcan each 15 g,Quangualou l0g;cold xiao,bosom frowsty,cold,white tongue coating slide,cold extremities,trachea,have phlegmy,shortness of breath,Guizhi,Ganjiang10g,Xixin6g,Wuweizi 10g to inverse temperature lungs,cold drink down;thermal xiao：asthma and pockets,phlegm yellow thick,thirsty like drinking,yellow greasy coating on the tongue of phlegm heat inside,Yuxingcao 30g,Dannanxing,Zhipipaye 10g,Shengshigao 15g,plaster stone disease long Yin and oropharyngeal drying,sputum less quality glue,little red tongue tianjin plus Yuhu 20 g,maidong 10g,Taizishen,Shashen each 20 g,rTianhuafen 15g in sponsorship Yin heat phlegm）;1 / d,boiling water 200 ml,oral sooner or later. Observation of clinical symptoms and adverse reactions. Continuous treatment 5 course,judge curative effect. Results] the treatment group 38 cases were markedly effective,effective 4 cases,1 had no effect,total effective rate was 97.67%. 13 cases of control group 25 cases were markedly effective,effective,invalid in 5 cases,total effective rate was 88.37%. The treatment group curative effect is better than that of control group（P〈0. 05）.Conclusion]Soup treating bronchial asthma with remarkable results,is worth promoting.
