| 摘 要： | 痛风性关节炎治疗以清热利湿、活血通络为法,急性期辨证为湿热内蕴,治宜清热利湿为主;缓解期辨证为瘀血阻络,治宜活血通络。分三型:湿热痹阻型,治宜清热除湿,活血通络;血瘀痰阻型,治宜活血化瘀,化瘀通络;肝肾亏虚型,治宜补益肝肾,除湿通络。

| Abstract: | gouty arthritis treatment Qingre dampness,Huoxue Tongluo as for the meth,the acute phase for the hot and humid intrinsic differentiation,the main rule to Qingre dampness;remission differentiation resistance to blood contact,governance to Huoxue Tongluo.Is divided into three types:Shire Bizu type:governance to Qingre Dehumidifier,Huoxue Tongluo;Xueyu Tanzu type,governance to huoxuehuayu,Huayu Tongluo;liver and kidney deficiency type,governance in order to benefit the liver and kidney,Dehumidifier Tongluo. |
