2型糖尿病轻度认知功能障碍中医证型及其相关因素对照研究

目的]研究2型糖尿病(T2-DM)轻度认知功能障碍中医证型及其相关因素。方法]选取2010年5月至2012年7月我院确诊的68例T2-DM患者,按治疗组和对照组各34例划分,治疗组患者存在轻度认知功能障碍,对照组患者不存在认知功能障碍。分析其中医证型及其相关因素。结果]治疗组肾虚髓减型18例,痰浊阻窍型9例,心肝阴虚型3例,心脾两虚型2例,气滞血瘀型2例;两组患者在DM病程、有无吸烟史及合并症显著差异(P<0.05)。结论]T2-DM轻度认知功能障碍中医证型多为肾虚髓减型与痰浊阻窍型;DM病程、有无吸烟史及相关合并症是糖尿病存在轻度认知功能障碍高危因素。

Type 2 Diabetic Mild Cognitive Dysfunction Syndrome Type of Traditional Chinese Medicine and its Related Factors Case-control study

Objective]Study of type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2-DM)mild cognitive dysfunction syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine and its related factors.Methods]From 2010 May to 2012 July in our hospital 68 cases with T2-DM were,according to the treatment group and the control group with 34 cases in each group division,group therapy for patients with mild cognitive impairment,the control group patients have cognitive dysfunction.Analysis of TCM syndrome type and its related factors.Results]The treatment group 18 cases of kidney deficiency and Sui reduction,turbid phlegm obstructing body type in 9 cases,liver yin deficiency type in 3 cases,heart lienal two empty type in 2 cases,qi stagnation and blood stasis type 2 cases;two groups of patients in the course of DM,with no history of smoking and comorbidity difference(P < 0.05).Conclusion]T2-DM mild cognitive dysfunction syndrome type of traditional Chinese medicine for kidney deficiency and stagnation of phlegm Sui reduced body type;the course of DM,with no history of smoking and associated comorbidities are high risk factors of diabetes in the presence of mild cognitive impairment.
