| 摘 要： | 目的]研究补脾益气方药对脾虚哮喘大鼠IL-13含量及IKKα表达的影响,揭示其平喘的作用机制。方法] Wistar大鼠40只,分五组:对照组、脾虚哮喘组、哮喘组、脾虚哮喘中药组、哮喘中药组。ELISA检测大鼠支气管肺泡灌洗液(BALF)中1L-13含量;HE染色观察嗜酸性粒细胞(EOs)浸润情况;免疫组化观察肺组织中IKKα蛋白表达。结果]与对照组比较,哮喘组和脾虚哮喘组IKKα表达及IL-13含量显著增高(P<0.01),且脾虚哮喘组IKKα表达和IL-13含量均高于哮喘组(P<0.05),中药治疗组和哮喘两组比较,IKKα表达和IL-13含量均降低(P<0.05)。结论]补脾益气方药能调控脾虚哮喘大鼠肺组织中IKKα的表达及BALF中IL-13的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective] To explore effects of Bupiyiqi medicine on IL- 13 and IKKαof spleen -deficiency asthmatic rats and provide basis of the medicine. Methods ] 40 male wistar rata were devided into five groups ： control, asthmatic model, spleen - deficiency asthmatic model, spleen - deficiency asthma treatment and asth- ma treatment groups. The levels of IL - 13 in BALF were determined using ELISA. The expression of IKKαin the lung tissue were observed by immunohistochemical staining and HE. Result ] In asthmatic model groups, the levels of IL - 13 and the expression of IKKαhad significantly higher than those of control group （ P 〈 0. 01 ） , and spleen -deficiency asthmatic model group＇s were higher than asthmatic model group＇ s（P 〈0.05）. Treatment groups＇ were lower than asthma groups＇ （P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Bupiyiqi medicine can decrease the levels of IL- 13 and expression of IKKαin the spleen- deficiency asthmatic rats. |
