| 摘 要： | [目的]观察中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎的疗效。[方法]对照组82例应用奥硝唑注射液、头孢曲松钠加入0.9%氯化钠注射液250mL中静滴,治疗组86例在对照组的基础上加自拟消炎汤治疗。经过7d治疗进行疗效判定。[结果]治疗组总有效率94.19%,对照组总有效率76.83%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]中西医结合治疗慢性盆腔炎疗效显著。
