| 摘 要： | 从起源、历代医家相关论述等方面探析温病学"透法"。"透法"集合了叶天士、吴鞠通、王孟英等著名温病学家的学术思想,继承和发展了温病学辨证论治思想,是明清时期温病主要治法之一,"透法"立足于给邪气以出路,使温病邪气外透而解。其治疗理念在病毒性心肌炎相关辨证论治中具有重要意义,治疗病毒性心肌炎应着重以透热宣郁为主。
