| 摘 要： | 林丽珠教授业医二十余载,对诊治膀胱癌积累了丰富的经验,提出膀胱癌发病的关键病机在于"膀胱气化不利"。治疗关键在于调节膀胱气化功能,温阳化气以复膀胱之功,通利三焦以纠阴阳之偏,临证喜用五苓散加减,阐述了林教授治疗膀胱癌的学术观点。

| Abstract: | Professor LIN Li-zhu has been engaged in medical research for over twenty years and has rich clinical experience in the treatment of bladder carcinoma,which she conciders the key Pathogenesis is the disturbance in Bladder qi transformation.The key treatment is to adjust the bladder Qi transformation function by means of warming Yang and activating Qi of tri-jia.Professor LIN Li-zhu is skilled in applying wuling san.In summation,the article expresses her experience in the treatment of bladder carcinoma. |
