| 摘 要： | 目的]观察中药汤剂配合溃疡散外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡疗效。方法]将70例随机分为两组,治疗组35例以清热解毒凉血祛湿中药汤剂内服配合溃疡散外敷;对照组35例使用意可贴溃疡贴,口服复合维生素B2片、维生素C。治疗1个月进行疗效判定,随访3个月。结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效7例,有效4例,无效4例,总有效率88.57%。对照组痊愈8例,显效9例,有效7例,无效11例,总有效率68.57%。治疗组痊愈率及总有效率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]中药汤剂配合溃疡散外敷治疗复发性口腔溃疡具有较好疗效。
