| 摘 要： | 目的]观察手术微创引流加益气活血中药治疗老年人颅内慢性硬膜下血肿的临床疗效。方法]将63例随机分为两组,对照组30例单纯采用手术治疗;治疗组33例在对照组治疗基础上配合针刺、补阳还五汤为基础方加减治疗。两组疗程均为7～21d。结果]对照组痊愈24例,好转5例,无效1例。治疗组痊愈29例,好转4例,无效0例。结论]手术微创引流加益气活血中药治疗老年性慢性硬膜下水肿疗效比单纯手术治疗疗效明显。
