青蒿鳖甲汤加减配合西药治疗轻中度系统性红斑狼疮82例

目的]观察青蒿鳖甲汤加减配合西药治疗轻中度系统性红斑狼疮疗效。方法]将155例轻中度SLE患者随机分为两组。对照组73例给予泼尼松口服或相当剂量皮质激素常规治疗,治疗组82例在对照组基础上加予青蒿鳖甲汤。治疗60d进行疗效判定。结果]治疗组临床缓解26例,显效28例,有效17例,无效11例,总有效率86.59%。对照组临床缓解17例,显效22例,有效15例,无效19例,总有效率73.97%。临床疗效治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05),狼疮活动积分改善治疗优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]青蒿鳖甲汤加减配合激素治疗轻中度系统性红斑狼疮疗效明显优于单纯使用西药,可减少激素、免疫抑制剂等西药的毒副作用,提高患者的生存质量,延长生存时间。
