头体针配合治疗脑卒中神经功能缺损21例疗效观察

目的]观察体针、头体针结合治疗改善脑卒中神经功能缺损的临床疗效。方法]将41例脑卒中患者分层后随机分为治疗组(21例)和对照组(20例)。两组对象均接受常规药物治疗,对照组采用体针治疗,治疗组采用头体针结合治疗。治疗前后进行神经功能缺损程度评分,评分标准采用爱丁堡斯堪的纳维亚改良量表(MESSS)。结果]治疗5周后,2组神经功能缺损程度评分均有显著性差异(P<0.05);组间比较,神经功能缺损程度评分及临床综合疗效差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。结论]头体针结合较单纯体针治疗能更有效改善脑卒中神经功能缺损。

Effect of Scalp-,Body-acupuncture Acupuncture on Neurological Impairment of Stroke Patients

Objective] To study the effects of body - acupuncture and combined body - acupuncture with scalp - acupuncture on neurological impairment of stroke patients. Methods ] Fourty - one patients were randomly divided into a treatment group （n = 21 ）, a control group （n = 20）. In addition to standardized medical therapy, body - acupuncture was applied to cases in the control group, and combined body - acupuncture with scalpacupuncture were applied to cases in the treatment group. Outcome ts of the neurological impairment evaluated with the MESSS, were evaluated before and after the treatment period. Results ] There are significant differences in therapeutic effect between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ] Combined body- acupuncture with scalp -acupuncture can produce significant effect on neurological impairment better than body-acupuncture alone.
