当归六黄汤加丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗甲状腺功能亢进症疗效观察

目的]观察当归六黄汤加丙基硫氧嘧啶对甲状腺功能亢进症的疗效。方法]将甲状腺功能亢进症40例,按数字表法随机分为治疗组和对照组。对照组20例采用丙基硫氧嘧啶常规治疗,治疗组20例用中药当归六黄汤和丙基硫氧嘧啶治疗,总疗程2个月。结果]治疗组治愈率及有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),与治疗前相比治疗组与对照组治疗后FT3、FT4均有显著下降(P<0.01),且治疗组FT3、FT4下降幅度优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]当归六黄汤加他巴唑治疗甲亢病人,可提高治疗效果,减少西药的用量和副作用。

Results ] The cure rate and efficiency of the treatment group were significantly higher （P 〈 0.05 ）, and treatment of pre - treatment group compared with the control group after treatment, FT3, FT4 were significantly decreased （P 〈 0.01 ）, and the treatment group FT3, FT4 decline than the control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion] Angelica six yellow Tonga methimazole treatment of hyperthyroidism patients, can improve the treatment outcome, reduce the dosage and side effects of western medicine.
