护肾排毒汤口服加中药灌肠配合西医综合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭随机平行对照研究

目的]观察护肾排毒汤口服加中药灌肠配合西医综合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效。方法]采用随机奇偶数排序法,将90例慢性肾功能衰竭患者分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加用护肾排毒汤口服、中药灌肠治疗。两组均治疗30d后对比两组患者的临床疗效及肾功能改善情况。结果]治疗组总有效率93.33%,对照组总有效率71.11%,治疗组总有效率显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。治疗组各观察指标治疗后显著优于治疗前,治疗后治疗组在BUN及SCr方面均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]护肾排毒汤口服加中药灌肠配合西医综合治疗慢性肾功能衰竭疗效显著,能改善肾功能,值得临床推广。

Random Paralled Control Study of Administrating Detoxification Soup for Protecting Kidney Combined Enemaing Traditional Chinese Medicine and Western Medicine Combined Therapy in Chronic Renal Failure

Objectibe]To observe curative effect of administrating detoxification soup for protecting kidney combined enemaing traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined therapy in chronic renal failure;chronic renal function failure(CRF).Methods]90 cases of patients with CRF were divided into therapia groups and control groups with random odd even sorting method,there was 45 cases in ervey groups,conventional western medicine treatment were taken in control groups.and administrating detoxification soup for protecting kidney combined enemaing traditional Chinese medicine on were taken on the base of western medicine treatment in therapia groups,clinical curative effect rate and renal function were contrasted between therapia groups and control groups.Results]Total effective rate was 9.33% in therapia groups and was 71.11% in control groups,total effective rate was higher in therapia groups than in control groups(P<0.01).observation index in therapia groups after treatment was prevalent to before treatment(P<0.05),BUN and SCr in therapia groups was prevalent to control groups after treatment(P<0.05).Conclusions]Administrating detoxification soup for protecting kidney combined enemaing traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine combined therapy had notable curative effect in CRF,could improve renal function and was valuable for clinical generalization.
