中西医结合治疗细菌性肝脓肿48例

目的]研究分析对细菌性肝脓肿治疗情况,评价西医对照组与中西结合治疗组在治疗细菌性肝脓肿上的疗效差异。方法]将48例细菌性肝脓肿随机分为西医对照组24例,中西结合治疗组24例,分别予以单纯西医治疗和中西医结合治疗。结果]西医对照组病例住院时间32~43d,平均38d,总有效率87.5%;中西结合治疗组病例住院时间28~39d,平均33d,总有效率95.83%。结论]中西医结合治疗肝脓肿疗效优于单纯西医组。

Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treated 48 Patients with Bacterial Liver Abscess

Objective] To study the treatment of bacterial liver abscess analysis,evaluation of western medicine control group and combines western treatment group in the treatment of bacterial liver abscess of differences.Methods] We collected bacterial liver abscess cases 48 cases and western medicine control 24 cases,Combines western 24 cases in treatment group.Western medicine therapy and shall be pure respectively combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment.Results] The western medicine control cases hospitalization time 32-43 days,average 38 days,with the total effective 87.5%,Chinese and western combined treatment group cases hospitalization time 28-39 days,average 33 days,with the total effective 95.83%.Conclusion] Combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment liver abscess curative effect is better than pure western groups.
