益气养阴活血汤治疗早期糖尿病肾病40例

目的]观察益气养阴活血中药治疗气阴两虚型早期糖尿病肾病患者的疗效。方法]将80例早期糖尿病肾病者随机分为两组,均西药常规治疗,治疗组加服具益气养阴活血功效的中药汤剂,治疗时间60天。结果]两组的尿微量白蛋白和尿素差异显著(P<0.05)。结论]益气养阴活血汤剂能降低尿微量白蛋白排泄率,可延缓糖尿病肾病发展。

Yiqiyangyin Blood Decoction 40 Cases of Patients with Early Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective]To observe the clinical efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine which has the effects of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation in the treatment of early diabetic nephropathy of qi-yin deficiency.Methods]80 disgnosed patients were randomly divided into two groups: the patients of control group were received routine treatment of western medicine,the patients of treatment group were accepted the decoctions which has the effects of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation and routine treatment of estern medicine,The course of treatment was 60 days for them.Results]The value of urine microalbumin(UMA) and urea between the control group and the treatment group had the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion]Urinary microalbumin excretion rate in the treatment group was significantly decreased,which indicate that the decoctions which has the effects of supplementing qi,nourishing yin and activating blood circulation could delay the development of diabetes nephropathy.
