扶正增效方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌对照观察

目的]观察扶正增效方联合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效。方法]将60例晚期非小细胞肺癌分为两组,综合组35例在常规化疗中加用中药扶正增效方。常规组只采用西药化疗。用药1个月、3个月行CT扫描,通过测量肿瘤大小判定疗效。结果]用药后1个月常规组和综合组的临床受益率比较,两组变化不明显,用药3个月CT检验结果,常规组和综合组的临床受益率比较,综合组的临床受益率明显优于单纯化疗组。随访3～24个月综合组中位生存时间优于常规组。结论]晚期非小细胞肺癌常规化疗加用中药,可以提高患者受益率,延长其中位生存时间,将活血化瘀中药与扶正培本中药合用,是中药配合化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌的较好方法。

Fuzheng ZengxiaoFormula Combined with Chemotherapy inTreatment of Advanced Non Small Cell Lung Cancer Observation

Objective]Observation of Fuzheng Zengxiao formula combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer.Methods]60 patients with advanced non small cell lung cancer were divided into two groups,35 cases in the group with conventional chemotherapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine Fuzheng Zengxiao formula.The conventional group only treated by chemotherapy.After 1 months,3 months underwent CT scanning,by measuring tumor size to judge the curative effect.Results]After 1 months of routine group and comprehensive set of clinical benefit rate between the two groups,no obvious changes,medication 3 months CT test results,the conventional group and comprehensive set of clinical benefit rate comparison,comprehensive set of clinical benefit rate than chemotherapy alone group.Patients were followed up for 3 ～ 24 months overall median survival time is superior to the conventional group.Conclusion] Advanced non small cell lung cancer with Chinese medicine and conventional chemotherapy,patients can improve benefit rate,prolong the survival time,the blood activating and stasis removing Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine is a traditional Chinese medicine righting training,combined with chemotherapy in treatment of advanced non small cell lung cancer a good method.
