| 摘 要： | 目的]建立高效液相色谱法测定冠脉康胶囊葛根素含量方法。方法]采用Eclipse×DB-C18色谱柱,流动相（25：75）;流速为1.0 mL/mi;检测波长：250nm;柱温25℃。结果]葛根素在40.04ng~240.24ng范围内线性关系良好,线性方程为y=2.649＋4.325×105x,r=0.9991,平均加样回收率96.56%,RSD1.1%.检测5批样品葛根素含量,限定冠脉康胶囊中葛根素含量不得低于8.0mg/粒。结论]高效液相色谱法测定冠脉康胶囊葛根素含量方法简便快捷,结果准确,可用于冠脉康胶囊质量控制。

| Abstract: | Objective]To develop a HPLC method for the determination of puerarin in Guanmaikang capsule.Methods]The analysis was carried out on Eclipse×DB-C18. The mobile phase was consisted of MeOH-H20（25 ：75）;The flow rate was 1.0 mL/min;the detective wave was 250 nm and the column temperature was set at 25℃.Results]The calibration curves of puerarin was in good linearity over the range of 40.04ng ~ 240.24ng,The linear equation was y=2.649＋4.325×105x,r=0.9991;The average recovery was96.56%,RSD was 1.1 %. The contents of puerarin in 5 batches samples were determined,and the puerarin content in Guanmaikang capsule should not be less than 8.0 mg/ capsules.Conclution]The method is simple,rapid,reliable and can be used for the Guanmaikang capsule quality contro1. |
