柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法分为两组。对照组40例奥美拉唑肠溶胶囊20mg/次,2次/d;莫沙比利5mg/次,3次/d。治疗组40例柴胡疏肝散（海螵蛸、代赭石各30g,柴胡、白芍药各15g,旋覆花、川芎、陈皮、白术、枳壳、香附各12g,延胡索、木香、半夏、砂仁、甘草各10g,黄连8g）;1剂/d,水煎400mL,饭前1h或饭后2h服用,早晚口服。西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗56d为1疗程。观测临床症状、胃镜检查、不良反应。连续治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]临床疗效：治疗组治愈23例,显效11例,有效5例,无效1例,总有效率97.50%。对照组治愈17例,显效8例,有效5例,无效10例,总有效率75.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组（P〈0.05）。胃镜疗效：治疗组治愈18例,显效11例,有效8例,无效3例,总有效率92.50%。对照组治愈12例,显效8例,有效8例,无效12例,总有效率70.00%。胃镜疗效治疗组优于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论]柴胡疏肝散联合西药治疗反流性食管炎效果显著,值得推广。

Western medicine with the control group. 56d is a course of continuous treatment. Observation of clinical symptoms,endoscopy,adverse reactions. Continuous treatment of a course of treatment,to determine efficacy.Results]Clinical efficacy：treatment group were cured,23 cases,11 cases markedly effective in 5 cases,1 case,the total effective rate 97.50%. Control group,17 cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective in 5 cases,10cases,total effective rate 75.00%. Treatment group than the control group（P0.05）. Endoscopic therapeutic effect：18 cases were cured,11 cases markedly effective in 8 cases,3 cases,the total efficiency 92.50%. Control group,12cases were cured,8 cases were markedly effective,8 cases,12 cases,the total efficiency of 70.00%. Endoscopic treatment group than the control group effect（P0.05）.Conclusion]CHSGS combined with western medicine treatment of reflux esophagitis effect is significant,worthy of promotion.
