中西医结合治疗肠易激综合征腹泻型80例

目的]观察痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减,配合西药丽珠肠乐胶囊等治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征(IBS)的临床疗效。方法]将130例随机分为两组。治疗组80例,给予中药痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减,配合西药丽珠肠乐胶囊等进行治疗;对照组50例,给予中药痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减治疗;两组均以4周为1疗程。结果]治疗组80例中显效56例(70%);有效24例(30%);总有效率100%。对照组50例中显效30例(60%);有效16例(32%);无效4例(8%);总有效率92%。两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论]痛泻要方合参苓白术散加减配合西药丽珠肠乐胶囊等中西医结合疗法治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效显著。

Combination of Chinese tradiational and Western Medicine Treatment of Diarrhea-Predominant Irritable Bowel Syndrome 80 Cases

Objective] To observe the Tongxieyao Fang Shenlingbaishu decoction with Western Lizhuchan- gle capsules treatment of diarrhea - predominant irritable bowel syndrome （IBS） in clinical efficacy. Methods] 130 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Treatment group 80 patients given medicine com- bined Tongxieyao Fang Shenlingbaishu decoction with the western Lizhuchangle capsules for treatment; control group 50 patients given medicine combined Tongxieyao Fang Shenlingbaishu decoction; the two groups are 4 weeks of a course of treatment. Results ] 80 patients in the treatment group, 56 cases markedly effective （70%） ; effective 24 cases （30%） ; the total effective rate was 100%. The control group of 50 cases marked- ly effective 30 cases （ 60% ） ; effective 16 cases （ 32% ） ; Invalid 4 cases （ 8% ） ; total effective rate was 92%.
