| 摘 要： | 目的]观察"四门走罐法"治疗顽固性呃逆的治疗作用,并与传统针刺组进行对比。方法]将顽固性呃逆患者32例随机分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组采用"四门走罐法"(四门:中脘、天枢、气海。走罐:从风门到胃俞走罐。)为主治疗,对照组给予传统针刺治疗。结果]治疗组有效率93.70%,对照组有效率68.70%,两组的疗效差异有显著意义(p<0.05)。结论]四门走罐法对顽固性呃逆具有肯定的疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective]To observe the therapeutic effect of "four-gate" moving cupping method in treating refractory hiccup and make a contrast with tradiona neenling therapy.Method]To randomly devide the 32-case of refractory hiccup patients into two groups,the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group is applied with "four-gate" moving cupping method(four-gate: zhongwan,tianshu,qihai,moving cupping: from fengmen to weishu),and the control group is treated with tradional needling.Result]the therapeutic effect is 93.70% to the treatment group and 68.70% to the control group repectively.And the terapeutic difference is statistically significiant.Conclusion]It is identified that "four-gate" moving cupping method is effecitve to refractory hiccup. |
