| 摘 要： | 目的]分析原发性肝癌临床特点及死亡原因,为合理治疗肝癌提供参考意见。方法]回顾分析50例死亡原发性肝癌临床症状、伴发疾病、中医证候特点、死亡原因及生存期情况。结果]中西医结合方法治疗肝癌的平均生存期16.10±4.4月,中位生存期9.0个月。结论]采用中西医结合方法治疗原发性肝癌具有优势,在临床上值得推广。

| Abstract: | Objective]Through the analysis of the clinical features and liver cancer patients for reasonable cause of death for common references treating liver cancer.Methods]Retrospective analysis of primary liver cancer patients died 50 cases of clinical symptoms,the main cause of death and survival.Results]The way of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment liver cancer,survival time on average cross-sectional experiment a median survival of 9.0 months.Conclusion]Think of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of primary liver cancer has advantage,in clinical worth of being generalized. |
