针药并用治疗偏头痛66例疗效观察

目的]评价针药并用治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法]采用随机、对照的方法,将126例偏头痛患者随机分为针药并用组和西药组;针药并用组取穴率谷,用苍龟探穴法,透刺角孙、丝竹空、太阳,同时分型辨证取穴用药;西药组采用尼莫地平片剂口服,共治疗3个月。观察两组总体疗效。结果]两组治疗后头痛平均发作次数和平均持续时间均较治疗前明显改善,治疗后两组比较,针药并用组改善程度优于西药组,(P<0.01)。结论]治疗偏头痛,针药并用辨证施治疗效优于尼莫地平口服。

Observation of the Efficacy of Combined Drug-Acupuncture Treatment on 66 Cases of Hemicrania

Objective ] To evaluate the clinical efficacy of combined drug - acupuncture treatment on hemicrania. Method] A random-selection and comparison-based method is used to randomly divide 126 hemicrania patients into a combined drug - acupuncture group and a western medicine group. For patients of the combined drug-acupuncture group, Shuaigu Acupoint is selected, the ＂ Dark Tortoise Seeking Hole＂ is used to acupuncture Jiaosun, Sizhukong, and Taiyang Acupoints, and acupuncture and drug administration based on the type - by - type differentiation of symptoms and signs are adopted. Patients of the Western medicine group take Nimodipine tablets orally for 3 months. The overall efficacy of both groups is observed. Results ] After treatment, the average number of headache attacks and average time lengths of attacks of both groups are significantly reduced. By comparison between both groups after treatment, the combined drug - acupuncture group has a greater improvement than the Western medicine group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion ] Combined drug - acupuncture treatment based on differentiation of symptoms and signs has better efficacy on hemicrania than oral administration of Nimodipine.
