黄芪建中汤联合奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡对照观察

目的]探讨黄芪建中汤联合奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡的临床疗效。方法]将我院2011年8月至2012年2月期间收治的128例脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡患者依据随机抽样的方法,将其分成治疗组和对照组两组,每组患者各64例。对照组采用口服奥美拉唑胶囊治疗;治疗组给予黄芪建中汤口服治疗。均以4周为1疗程,连续治疗5个疗程后判定疗效。结果]两组患者胃镜下检查溃疡面积均有不同程度的缩小,治疗组总有效率为95.31%,对照组总有效率为85.94%。治疗组优于对照组。结论]黄芪建中汤联合奥美拉唑治疗脾胃虚寒型消化性溃疡时具有较好的临床疗效,值得在临床上广泛推广。

Effects of Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction Combined with Omeprazole in Treatment of Peptic Ulcer of Spleen Deficiency Type Control Observation

Objective ]Investigate Huangqijianzhong Soup combined with omeprazole in treatment of spleen deficiency type of peptic ulcer clinical curative effect.Methods]In our hospital from 2011 August to 2012 February treated 128 cases of spleen deficiency type in patients with peptic ulcer according to random sampling method,will be divided into a treatment group and a control group of two groups,each group with 64 cases.The control group was treated with omeprazole treatment;the treatment group were treated with Huangqi Jianzhong Decoction oral treatment.In 4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,continuous after 5 courses of treatment the curative effect.Results]Two patients endoscopic examination of the ulcer area decreased at different degrees,the total effective rate of treatment group was 95.31%,the total effective rate in control group was 85.94%.In treatment group than in control group.Conclusion]Huangqijianzhong Soup combined with omeprazole in treatment of peptic ulcer of spleen deficiency type has good clinical curative effect,is worth in clinical widely.
