液压疗法配合传统中医推拿治疗肩周炎63例

目的]观察液压疗法配合传统中医推拿的疗效。方法]治疗组采用液压疗法配合传统中医推拿治疗,对照组采用局部封闭配合中医推拿治疗,3周后比较肩周炎功能恢复情况。结果]治疗组63例,显效率82.46%,对照组50例,显效率72.83%,两组显效率极采用χ2检验,P<0.05,比较有差异,治疗组优于对照组。且治疗组治疗过程中疼痛较对照组轻,故治疗明显优于对照组。结论]液压疗法内扩张关节消除关节内无菌性炎症,减轻粘连并有止痛作用,加上肩关节中医推拿能在微痛中松解肩关节粘连挛缩,有效地缓解肩周炎疼痛,恢复关节功能,提高疗效。

Traditional Chinese Massage (TCM) With Hydraulic Therapy of Frozen Shoulder 63 Cases

Objective]To observe the curative effect of traditional chinese massage(TCM) with hydraulic therapy.Methods]Experiments are divided into two groups,Treatment group with TCM and hydraulic therapy to treat shoulder arthritis,Control group being treated by partial closed with chinese massage,After three weeks,comparing the clinical function recovery of shoulder arthritis.Methods]Treatment group(n=63),Significant efficiency with 82.46%,Control group(n=50),Significant efficiency with 72.83%,Two groups of significant efficiency with χ2 inspection,P<0.05,Two groups have statistical significance,treatment group is superior to control group.And treatment group has less pain than control group in the healing process,So treatment group is obviously superior to control group.Conclusion]Hydraulic therapy expanding the joints,Eliminating intra-articular aseptic inflammation,Alleviating adhesion and having analgesic effects.And TCM can release adhesion contracture of shoulder with mild pain,Thus effectively relieving the pain of shoulder arthritis,Restoring joint function and enhancing the curative effect.
