| 摘 要： | 目的]观察牵引配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症的临床疗效。方法]将入选的540例患者随机分为两组,治疗组(270例)对照组(270例),20天后评定疗效。结果]治疗组治愈135例,显效102例,好转27例,无效6例;对照组治愈44例,显效98例,好转108例,无效20例。具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论]牵引配合中药熏蒸治疗腰椎间盘突出症临床效果显著。

| Abstract: | Objective] To observe curative effect about lumbar intervertebral disc protrusion(LIDP) treatment with Draft combination steam by Chinese crude drug.Method] To divide the 540 Cases into two groups randomly,To treat the 270 Cases in treat group with Draft combination steam by Chinese crude drug in addition and treat the 270 Cases in control group Draft routinely,then observe the curative effect after 20 days.Result] In the treat group,there are 135 Cases healed,102 Cases curative effect,27 Cases improvement,6 Cases no effect.In the control group,there are 44 Cases healed,98 Cases curative effect,108 Cases improve-ment,20 Cases no effect.Conclusion]There is curative effect about LIDP treatment with Draft combination steam by Chinese crude drug markedly. |
