参苓白术散桃花汤合保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎疗效观察

目的]观察参苓白术散合桃花汤口服并血竭保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法]将68例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为两组,治疗组35例用参苓白术散合桃花汤水煎服,配合血竭保留灌肠;对照组33例用柳氮磺胺吡啶口服,配合复方诺氟沙星灌肠液保留灌肠。结果]经3个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率91.4%,对照组87.9%,两组无显著性差异(P<0.05),但两组不良反应有显著差异(P>0.05)。结论]参苓白术散合桃花汤口服并血竭保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎较西药疗效相近但前者不良反应明显少于后者。

Shenling Baizhu Powder and Taohua Soup Retention Enema for Ulcerative Colitis

Objective] Shenling Baizhu Powder and Taohua Soup and Blood Retention of oral treatment of ulcerative colitis.Method] 68 patients met the diagnostic criteria were randomly divided into two groups,35 patients treated with Shenling Baizhu Powder and Taohua Soup Shuijianbi retention enema with the Dragon’s blood;control group,33 patients with oral sulfasalazine,with Compound Norfloxacin enema retention enema.Results] After 3 courses of treatment,the treatment group,the total efficiency of 91.4%,87.9% in control group,no significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),but the two groups were significantly different adverse effects(P>0.05).Conclusion] Shenling Baizhu Powder and Taohua Soup and Blood Retention of oral treatment of ulcerative colitis is similar but the former than the western side effect was less than the latter.
