复方丹参片在肺结核继发纤维化防治中的应用价值

目的]研究复方丹参片在肺结核继发肺纤维化防治中的应用价值。方法]根据肺结核患者病变性质分为三组:浸润渗出组、干酪坏死组、纤维空洞组,各组随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组予以常规抗结核治疗,治疗组同时予以复方丹参片口服,治疗前后测定血清纤维化指标透明质酸(HA)、层粘连蛋白(LN)、Ⅲ型前胶原肽(PⅢP)及Ⅳ型胶原(ⅣC),及炎性指标腺苷脱氨酶、C反应蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶。结果]浸润渗出组的治疗组在HA、LN、ADA、LDH方面改善优于对照组,其它两组仅在LDH方面有明显改善。结论]复方丹参片用于肺结核,可明显提高治疗效果,早期应用有助于减轻炎症反应,促进病变吸收,并防止纤维化的发生。

The Clinical Value of The Compound Salvia Tablet In The Prevention and Treatment of Fibrosis in The Patients With Secondary Fibrosis Following Pulmonary Tuberculosis

Objective]Study the clinical value of the compound salvia tablet in the prevention and treatment of secondary fibrosis in the patients with fibrosis following pulmonary tuberculosis.Method]According to the characteristic of the lesions in their lung CT,the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis were divided in three groups: infiltration in group A,the cheesy necrosis in group B,chronic fibrotic cavitys in group C.Each of the three active tuberculosis groups was divided randomly in two groups: the control group and the treatment group.All patients were all given standard treatments with antituberculous drugs.Patients in the treatment groups were dosed the compound salvia tablet as early as possible,whereas that in the control groups only accepted standard antituberculosis treatment.Detected the serum leval of hyaluronic acid(HA),type Ⅲ precollagen(PC-Ⅲ),type Ⅳcollagen(Ⅳ-C),laminin(LN),lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),adenosine deaminase(ADA),c-reactive protain(CRP),in everyone’s blood.Result]In the patients of infiltration group,the level of ADA,LDH,HA and LN in the treatment group were decreased more obviously than the control group.only-LDH decreased in the other two types of tuberculosis.Conclusion]Early dosed the compound salvia tablet to the patients with pulmonary tuberculosis can significantly raise the curative effect,release the local inflammation,improve the absorption dissipation,and conduce to lessen the secondary fibrosis in lung.
