眼针治疗中风后吞咽困难35例疗效观察

目的]观察眼针疗法治疗中风后吞咽困难的临床疗效。方法]将70例中风后吞咽困难患者随机分为对照组与针刺组,对照组35例采用体针疗法,治疗组在对照组基础上加用眼针疗法。结果]经15天治疗,吞咽功能比较,两组均有明显疗效,但两组比较,P<0.05,眼针组优于对照组。结论]眼针疗法治疗缺血性中风后吞咽困难有较好的疗效。

Eye Acupuncture Stroke with Swallowing Difficulties Clinical Observation 35 Cases

Objective]Observation is to observe the clinical treatment of eye acupuncture stroke in swallowing difficulties.Method]Divided 70 cases of the patients after stroke with swallowing difficulties into the control group and the treatment group.In the control group,35 patients can be adopted in the body acupuncture,however,the treatment group can be based on the eye acupuncture therapy.Result]After the treatment of 15d and the comparison of swallowing function in the two groups,they have some significant effects,but compared with the two groups,P<0.05,the treatment group is better than the control group.Conclusion]It can be concluded that the eye acupuncture has a good effect on the treatment of the patients after ischemic stroke with swallowing difficulties.
