自拟凉解汤联合西药治疗寻常型银屑病对照临床观察

目的]观察自拟凉解汤联合西药治疗寻常型银屑病的临床疗效。方法]将90例患者分为两组。治疗组60例采用自拟凉解汤治疗,水煎服,2次/d。对照组30例口服迪银片治疗,5片/次,2次/d。两组患者均配合口服维生素A,0.025g/次,3次/d。瘙痒严重者外用消银酊和消银膏。治疗期间不服用激素、雷公藤、免疫抑制剂以及激素外用药。两组均4周为1个疗程,2个疗程后判定疗效。结果]治疗组总有效率96.66%,对照组总有效率86.00%,治疗组临床疗效优于对照组。结论]自拟凉解汤联合西药治疗寻常型银屑病疗效满意。

Controlled Clinical Observation of Treating Psoriasis Vulgaris by Self-made Jieliang Decoction plus Western Medicine

Objective]To observe effect of treating psoriais vulgaris by self-made Jieliang decoction plus western medicine.Method]90patients were divided into two groups.60 cases in the treatment group were treated by Decoction for the treatment of cold solutions,Shuijianbi,2/d.30 cases of the control group oral Disilver slice treatment,5/time,2/d.The two groups were matched with oral vitamin A,0.025g/,3/d.Severe itching,topical Xiaoying tincture and consumption of silver paste,During treatment of not taking hormones,immune inhibitors and Ra Masato,hormone drugs for external use.The two groups were 4 weeks for 1 courses,2 courses of treatment.Results]The total effective rate of treatment group 96.66%,control group in the total efficiency of 86.00%,the treatment group were better than the control group.Conclusion]Treating psoriasis vulgaris by self-made Jieliang decoction plus western medicine has a good effect.
