安络化纤丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标的影响

目的]观察安络化纤丸对慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化指标的影响。方法]将63例病例分为两组,治疗组35例以安络化纤丸治疗;对照组28例使用护肝片、肝泰乐等保肝药治疗3个月。观察用药前后肝病常规检测,如肝功、影像学,重点观测肝纤维化指标(HA、LN、PCⅢ、IVC)。结果]治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论]安络化纤丸治疗慢性乙型肝炎肝纤维化具有良好的疗效。
