从肝脾论治肠易激综合征考辨

肠易激综合征是一组胃肠功能性紊乱疾病,其临床表现复杂,主要为腹痛、腹胀、排便习惯改变及大便性状异常等症状,而又缺乏形态学和生化学异常可资解释的症候群。笔者总结临床所见,从肝、脾二脏论治本病,以调和肝脾为治疗大法,自拟疏肝健脾饮,并随证化裁,用药精炼独到,疗效颇佳。

Experience on the treatment of irritable bowel syndrome by regulating with liver and spleen

irritable bowel syndrome(IBS) is a chronic gastrointestinal disorder characterized by a wide rang of physiological symptoms-abdominal pain or discomfort,altered stool frequency,altered stool form etc.Such symptoms are in the absence of detectable organic abnormalities.In accordance with the features of imbalance between liver and spleen in IBS,we emphasized treatment of IBS by regulating liver and spleen.Prescribed "regulate liver and strengthen spleen Decoction" to cure the syndrome and its effect was satisfactory.
