正清风痛宁联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎随机平行对照研究

目的]观察正清风痛宁联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将56例住院患者按就诊顺序号简单随机分为两组。对照组28例强的松5~10mg/次,1次/d;柳氮磺吡啶1g/次,2次/d;甲氨蝶呤10mg/次,1次/周;服用甲氨蝶呤第二天服用叶酸10mg。治疗组28例正清风痛宁缓释片60mg/次,2次/d;西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗90d为1疗程。观测临床症状、晨僵时间、关节肿痛、关节功能、血沉、类风湿因子、不良反应。治疗1疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组临床控制11例,显效9例,有效6例,无效2例,总有效率92.86%。对照组临床控制6例,显效8例,有效5例,无效9例,总有效率67.86%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。晨僵时间两组均有改善(P0.01),治疗组改善优于对照组(P0.01)。结论]正清风痛宁联合西药治疗类风湿性关节炎疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。

A Randomized Controlled Study of Treatment Effectiveness of Zhengqing Fengtongning added up with Methotrexate Therapy in Rheumatoid Arthritis

Objective ] To investigate the clinical effects of ZhengQing Fengtongning treatment of rheumatoid arthritis. E Methods ] The 56 inpatients with rheumatoid arthritis, randomly divided into two groups ： observation group and the control group, 28 cases in each group, The control group received methotrexate therapy, the treatment group which were observed by use of Zhengqingfengtongning on the basis of the given treatment were observed .And then therapeutic effect of two groups were observed. E Results ] The total effective rate of observation group is better than that of the control group, with the statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant （ P〈0.05 ） . Shorten the time of morning stiffness in patients in the observation group than the control group, after statistical analysis, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈0.05 ） . Conclusion ] The clinical efficacy of the group with Zhengqingfengtongning added up with methotrexate therapy is better than thaf： of the group using methotrexate therapy, it is worth of using and promoting in clinical work.
