眼针联合头皮针治疗偏头痛随机平行对照研究

目的]观察眼针联合头皮针治疗偏头痛疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将100例门诊患者按就诊顺序编号简单随机分为两组。对照组50例头皮针,"华佗牌"毫针(25×40mm),患者取坐位或卧位,穴位常规消毒后,取额中带、额旁1带前1/3、中1/3、后1/3各三穴并接力刺,快速斜刺进针,针与头皮呈25°~45°夹角,进针深度20mm,留针30min,1次/d。治疗组50例眼针,参照彭静山《眼针疗法》取穴:双侧上焦区、肾区、肝区、同时进行观眼视病,加取脉络形状、颜色最明显经区;取沿皮横刺法:应用于眶外,找准经区界限,穴位均距离眼眶2mm,在选好的经区,向应刺的方向沿皮刺入,可刺入真皮达皮下组织中,不可再深;一手持针,另一手按住眼睑,把眼睑紧压在手指下面,右手拇食二指持针迅速准确刺入;刺入后不行提插拾转手法,如不得气可刮针柄;留针30min,1次/d;头皮针治疗同治疗组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、头痛指数、中医证候积分、不良反应。连续治疗4疗程(28d),判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈20例,显效16例,有效11例,无效3例,总有效率94.00%。对照组痊愈16例,显效10例,有效10例,无效14例,总有效率72.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P0.05)。结论]眼针联合头皮针治疗偏头痛,疗效满意,无副作用,值得推广。
