补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞对照观察

目的]观察补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法]脑梗塞患者60例随机分为治疗组(30例)和对照组(30例),治疗组采用补阳还五汤治疗,对照组单纯应用西药治疗。均以1周为1个疗程,治疗1疗程后判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈10例,显效10例,好转8例,无效2例,总有效率93.30%;对照组痊愈2例,显效10例,好转6例,无效12例,总有效率60.00%,治疗组临床疗效明显优于对照组。结论]补阳还五汤治疗脑梗塞具有显著的临床疗效。

Buyanghuanwu Decoction in Treating Cerebral Infarction Comparative Observation of Five

Objective]To observe the effect of Five Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction.Methods]60 cases with cerebral infarction were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and control group(n = 30),treated with Buyanghuanwu Decoction in the treatment of control group five,treated only by Western medicine.In 1 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,after 1 course of treatment the curative effect.Results]The treatment group 10 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,8 cases improved,2 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 93.30%;the control group 2 cases were cured,10 cases were improved,6 cases improved,12 cases ineffective,the total effective rate was 60.00%,the clinical effect of treatment group was better than the control group.Conclusion]The Buyanghuanwu Decoction in the treatment of cerebral infarction in five and has obvious clinical curative effect.
