低分子肝素联合葛根素治疗不稳定型心绞痛疗效观察

目的]观察低分子肝素(LMWH)联合葛根素注射液(PI)治疗不稳定型心绞痛的疗效及安全性。方法]将82例不稳定型心绞痛患者随机分为两组:对照组41例,在常规治疗的基础上加用普通肝素维持静滴,连用5日;观察组41例,在常规治疗的基础上加用葛根素500mg静滴,1次/日,疗程14天,低分子肝素5000U皮下注射,1次/12h,连用5天。结果]低分子肝素联合葛根素能有效缓解症状、改善心电图、心肌耗氧明显下降(P<0.05)。结论]低分子肝素联合葛根素治疗不稳定型心绞痛有效、安全。
