| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨针灸与中西药的结合治疗急性缺血性中风的临床疗效。方法]对56例随机分成两组,治疗组37例给予针药结合治疗,对照组19例单用西药常规治疗,治疗1周后通便效果观察比较,3周后瘫痪疗效比较。结论]临床症状减轻,合并症较少,可提高病人的生活质量。
