半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗眩晕随机平行对照研究

目的]观察半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗眩晕临床疗效。方法]使用随机平行对照方法,将80例门诊患者按随机数字表法随机分为两组。对照组30例西比灵5mg、肠溶阿西匹林40mg,1次/d,早晚口服。治疗组50例半夏白术天麻汤(半夏10g,甘草6g,白芍15g,天麻15g,陈皮12g,白术15g,竹茹15g,代赭石18g,生姜10g,茯苓15g,枳壳12g),3次/d,2d/剂,水煎取汁,西药治疗同对照组。连续治疗7d为1疗程。观测临床症状、不良反应。连续治疗2疗程,判定疗效。结果]治疗组痊愈31例,有效17例,无效2例,总有效率96.00%。对照组痊愈15例,有效9例,无效6例,总有效率80.00%。治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论]半夏白术天麻汤联合西药治疗眩晕疗效满意。
