| 摘 要： | 目的]研究试图从血管介质(同型半胱氨酸Hcy、超敏C反应蛋白Hs-CRP)的角度出发,针对冠心病心力衰竭痰瘀互结证探讨其实质,并分析痰瘀证与血脂(总胆固醇TC、甘油三脂TG、高密度脂蛋白HDL-C、低密度脂蛋白LDL-C)间的相关性。方法]将96例冠心病心力衰竭患者按照中医辨证标准分为痰瘀证组(30例)及非痰瘀证组(66例)。分别检测Hcy、Hs-CRP在痰瘀证及非痰瘀证组中的数值,分析冠心病心力衰竭痰瘀互结证与血管介质的关系。检测痰瘀证组、非痰瘀证组间TC、TG、HDL-C及LDL-C的数值变化。结果]冠心病心力衰竭痰瘀互结证组Hcy、Hs-CRP显著高于非痰瘀证组(P<0.05、P<0.01);痰瘀证组TC数值显著高于非痰瘀证组(P<0.05),TG、HDL-C及LDL-C在两组间的比较未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论]研究显示:Hcy、Hs-CRP等血管介质介导的免疫炎症活动与冠心病心力衰竭痰瘀证的形成密切相关,可能成为冠心病心衰痰瘀证划分的重要参考依据;而高血脂有可能成为痰瘀证形成的物质基础和诊断的客观指标。
